Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders are shipped from Italy.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on destination. A tracking number is provided when available.

Are the works handmade?
Yes. All jewellery and ceramic works are handmade. Small variations are part of the process.

Can I request a custom piece?
Yes. Custom and commissioned works can be discussed via the contact page.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of the works, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged.

Can I commission an artwork, mural or body painting project?
Yes. Project-based collaborations and commissions are possible.
